Hired Magnolia Rockville, MD in August 2014 to install a home theater system (audio, video, Control4). What was supposed to be a simple two-day job (paid in full before day 1) still has pending items 11 months later! Worse: in spite of the many emails I sent them over the last months, I haven't heard of them since... last November!

This lack of professionalism and decent courtesy is striking, especially when you consider this is supposed to be a very big company.

Avoid by any means: their only purpose is to sell you AV gear and walk away!

Pending issues:

- Control 4 programming incomplete

- missing calibration microphone from AV receiver

- sound calibration never performed

- walk through never done

- do not have the warranties for the gear purchased

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Quality of service, Customer service, Lack of profesionalism, Lack of basic courtesy, Billing practices.
